March is almost over, BUT...

I did make a couple of kits to scrap with this month! I made them up a couple of weeks ago, but I never got around to sharing them! So, I just wanted to let you have a look at them before I start making up kits for April!
The first kit I made up was inspired by Shimelle's Best Of Both Worlds kit for March. Since I had already purchased most of the supplies that she had in her kit, it was no sweat to pull it all together:
I made a few small substitutions (the vellum is some ancient Hot Off The Press vellum from my stash), and added in a few other bits that I had, that I felt fit well with my kit. The Maggie Holmes and Crate Paper goodies are some of my must-haves from the most recent CHA! I was lucky enough to win some of it, and some I had to buy... Here is a look at just the paper(my favorite part!):
My other kit for March was inspired by the Counterfeit Kit challenge, and their choice for March, Noel Mignon's Soda Shoppe kit:
I also had lots of these goodies, so I came up with another huge kit! Here is my kit:
A closer look at the papers:

Lots of Basic Grey, Dear Lizzy, Elle's Studio, Crate Paper, and MME The Sweetest Thing. Now, I just need to find some time to use all of these yummy, spring goodies!! Oh, yeah, and to find my pictures...
I was cleaning up one day, and I "put away" about 5 envelopes of my most recently developed photos. I "put them away" so well that I can't find them...please tell me I am not the only one who has done this, lol.  Guess I'll clean first and see if I can find them!

  1. I'm so impressed that you made these kits up from your stash with some substitutions. And they are lovely - lots of beautiful papers to work with. I think I'll have to try this for Shimelle's next Best of Both Worlds kit. And there's two very good reasons to try to make the kit up myself. The first is that I'm now very much poorer after purchasing it from 2Ps! It's not the cost of supplies that's the problem, it's the heavy cost of international shipping together with the cost of UK duty. And the second is time it takes to get here - it was ordered on 3rd March and just arrived today! I wish 2ps had a branch in the UK - maybe even one in Scotland - that would be just perfect :) Hope you find time to use them and that you find your 'lost' photographs. Elizabeth xx
