A Recipe Card and a Sale

I am really loving the versatility of the Vintage Halloween Labels digistamp set! I joined a bunch of recipe swaps this fall, and these stamps have been that "perfect finishing touch" to my cards! For today ONLY, Lindsay's Stamp Stuff at Mygraphico is on sale for 40% off-so go grab some stamps! On this card, I used the Vintage jack-o-lantern round digistamp, used a round punch to punch it out, colored my pumpkins quickly with my Copics, and then inked the edges with chalk inks. The background cardstock is from GCD Studios Paris Nights (my most used Stack of all time), and I decorated it with dew drops.

The challenges that I am entering are:

CSN Product Review

I was contacted by CSN Stores a few months ago to do a product review for them. I happily agreed, and easy as pie, I posted about their stores, and I was sent a code. I ordered ballet slippers for my twin daughters, and was extremely impressed with their fantastic customer service! So, of course i was extremely excited when I was contacted by them again!! I get to review their products once again, and I have such a huge selection to choose from, from dutch ovens to shoes!
So, do yourself a favor and check out what CSN has to offer today!!

Something "Spooky" For You...

For today's post, I am sharing a recipe card that I made for a swap on 2peas, using the Vintage Halloween Labels Digistamp set from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff, and the Skull and Crossbones diecut from the Cricut Indie Art Cartridge. The skull and crossbones were cut from Black Magic Co'ordinations Cardstock, embossed with a Fiskars Texture plate, a Spellbinders rubber embossing mat, and my Cuttlebug, using the "A" and "C" plates. The digistamp, I misted with homemade purple shimmer spray, and cut out by hand, then used a purple Hampton Arts ink pad to ink the edges of the digistamp and recipe card.

Thursday With Lindsay's Stamp Stuff

When I was asked to do the scrapbook for my children's school, I immediately thought about the School Rules digistamp set.I used the ribbon banner from the set, and have plans to use more from the set, since it goes so well with the theme! I used patterned paper from the DCWV Grade School Stack (finally, a Stack I "might" use up!), and from Sassafrass Lass Bungle Jungle Collection, regular staples, and the lettering is cut with my Cricut and Plantain Schoolbook.
The challenges that I am entering this layout into are:
