Scrapping up a storm!

Yes, I have been scrapping a lot over the last few days...it's kind of my stress release ;-) So, I pulled out my February kit
 and made a few pages:
and this one based on Shimelle's Sketch #9:
(the sketch):
And another take, with my March kit, on the same sketch:
I used Dear Lizzy Lucky Charm, Amy Tangerine Yes Please, and Maggie Holmes for Crate (all of my favorite goodies from the most recent CHA, basically!). I also used Cocoa Daisy and Amy Tangerine stamps from my kit, a white gel pen, and added in a set of embellishments, because I just love these yummy Glitz Giant Rhinestones...
Thanks for allowing me to share with you...now I have to go scrub some floors and do some laundry, to make up for all of my time spent scrapping this week ...

  1. Great layouts and I like your interpretation of Shimelle's Sketch. Beautiful papers and lovely sunshiny colours. I wish I could say I've been scrapping up a storm ... I've done very little in the way of scrapping over the last week or so. However, last night after watching Glitter Girl's latest demo, I got out some papers, had an organising session and a partly done layout it sitting on my desk. Only the embellishments to add. It's a start. Hope the housework doesn't take you too long so you can get back to do yet more scrapping and have a wonderful weekend. Elizabeth xx

  4. Holy cow! These are STUNNING layouts! I was especially drawn in to the first layout with the super cool RED wood grain background! I haven't seen anything quite like that before! I was also very inspired and entertaining by the concept of an "outtakes" page! Brilliant and definitely something I want to try for myself!

  6. Absolutly love these layouts!!! Great job pulling out an older kit, I've just kept my March one together for the first time since I ususally dismantle them back into my stash at the end of each month and it's really been fun pulling it back out and using some of the bits in it.
