My first page for February...

Started with this sketch from Sketch Inspirations:

and my February Counterfeit Kit! I used Teresa Collins Damask patterned paper, tiny cream flowers, Black grosgrain ribbon, a journaling spot from the Anna Griffin pad, a date sticker from American Crafts Remarks pad, some "faux metal bookplates", made using grungeboard and silver ink and embossing powder, a Spare Parts jeweled brad, one of the Tim Holtz stamps was used for the quote, stamped and embossed with black embossing powder, and 2 ZVA Creative pearl flourishes, and the vintage french ephemera receipt was used for a photo mat.

The items I used from last month's kit: the large black doily, and scrap of red Memories red lacy paper that I "fussy cut" for the scalloped trim along the bottom, under the grosgrain ribbon.

From my stash, I pulled black brads, some red flowers, and watercolor paper to stamp on. This layout was a ton of fun to pull together! Can't wait to make some more layouts with my kit!
