Introducing my March kit,
Here's my (much larger) version, "Fantastic and Fabulous"
Here's a look at just the papers:
As you can see, I went a little crazy with it! I have always been a fan of Elsie Flanigan/ Elsie Larsen, and her sister, the owners of A Beautiful Mess. I even did a Love, Elsie Blog Focus week over a year ago, about using her paper from several years ago. You see those posts HERE. I still have some of those older Elsie papers, which I included in my kit, along with all kinds of other fun products with a similar feel or vibe. My scrapbooking tends to lean towards a softer feel of doilies, pastels, creams, pinks, and gold. So, it was fun to pull out my bolder scrapbooking stash, and might be why I went a bit overboard. There was so much included in this kit that I took several pictures in the attempt to show the entire kit. Will I use it all? Maybe, maybe not, but I will definitely give it a shot! Here's another look at the whole kit:
I did have gold letter stickers, but I have had those black and white houndstooth Thickers for a long time, and they never seemed to fit with my Counterfeit kit. When I looked at my kit for this month, they just seemed to fit! I also included a plain black set for those pages that houndstooth won't work on, and smaller letters for the more extended titles. I really love all of the itty bitty bits in my palette tray; sequins, punched bits, and other leftover pieces and punched vellum scraps. The pieces in the bowl include Project Life cards (mostly from the Midnight set), some chalkboard flair, ribbon scraps. handmade flowers, and some die cut words from a scrappy class I took. I have papers in the kit from Love Elsie, Glitz Wild and Free, Studio Calico, Basic Grey, and several sheets of patterned cardstock from various paper pads by DCWV. I have some "messy" plans for my kit, so I included paints, spray mist, and stamps and stencils.
So, I think I have plenty of kit to keep me going for the month! I hope you will hop around to other Master Forgers' blogs to see the kits they have created this month, and we all hope you will join us and make a kit from your stash! Big or small, we welcome them all! Here is the blog hop list to see the rest of the design team inspiration:
