Sketch Challenge at ScrapFriends

Just a quick post to share a page that I made for a sketch challenge over at ScrapFriends. Here's a look at the sketch:

Supplies used:
Basic Grey patterned paper, light blue small chevron patterned paper, airmail, red, and blue chevron washi tape Studio Calico Mr. Huey's mist, blue gingham journaling card from Digital Design Essentials, punched stars, a few tags and stickers from Simple Stories Summer Fresh, handmade red flower, Chatterbox button and rhinestone flowers, Tim Holtz stickers, and a little bit of red and light blue baker's twine.

  1. Oh I like how your simplified the sketch to make it work - I admit I thought it was pretty intimidating at first sight. And you've done such nice little red touches too.

  2. I thought the whole sketch was that top part until I started scrolling! Then I thought wow - how tiny are those photos anyway? I am intrigued to try this sketch but yours was a great translation :~)
